Research Interests
My professional interests include three-dimensional computer vision, and in particular, shape recovery using
binocular stereo vision, time-of-flight and laser range finding techniques. Furthermore, I am interested in
the use of color and multispectral information in digital image processing.
My current research interests lie in the areas:
Surveillance and tracking using video and thermal sensors, sensor fusion,
opportunistic sensing, urban scanning, nano-vision, microscopic imaging,
biometrics, 2D and 3D face recognition, sensor placement, industrial inspection, and homeland security.
